We collect information you give us directly — your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about your loss or claim (including insurance and adjuster information where you provide it). When we perform work we also create records of that work, such as photos, moisture readings, and signed authorizations.
How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and perform restoration work, to document a job for you and your insurer, to send you updates about your appointment and estimate, to bill for services, and to meet our legal and insurance obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging and mobile information
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it to send you service messages about your job — appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and document links, and updates from your project team. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
