SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the text messages Rescue Hero sends about your restoration job. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — on our intake form, over the phone, or in writing — you consent to receive SMS messages from Rescue Hero at that number.

What messages you’ll receive

We send service messages related to your job: appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and document links, requests for information, and updates from your project team. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the activity on your job. You may receive several messages around an appointment and fewer at other times.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Rescue Hero does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opting out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP we will send one confirmation and then stop sending messages to that number. To start again, reply START.

Getting help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at office@callrescuehero.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.

Privacy

Your mobile number and opt-in are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share text-messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties, and we do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
